Apparently to be invited to many of the cooler dives, people want to make sure you can take care of yourself somewhat better and require you be a rescue diver, so that was the next certification to do.
Did this one with PADI as the shop is close to work.
Just got my SSI Open Water + Nitrox certification on June 2. The idea is to catch crab underwater, spear fish, and go diving in Colombia.
So far so good.
Love these skis. Learning to ski on them at Squaw.
Super light 2.5L jacket. Seems to wet out really easily or maybe I’m just sweating too much in it. Not sure.
For filtering water. This will get everything but viruses. Add a few drops of bleach and you’re good to go.
Snowshoes for three of us. Worked super well.
This shirt is sick. I should have bought a dozen of them. It’s like it exists only to block the sun. Wind goes *right* through it. It’s like heaven.
Maybe my best jacket. Possibly better than my Patagonia Nano-Air. The wind goes through it just enough to keep me cool all the time. Very little sweating. If you run hot, this is the jacket for you.
